My Journey

I’m Murali.
I Help business leaders in reclaiming the wellness that often gets lost in the pursuit of success

My Journey

I’m Murali Sundaram, a 59-year-old former engineering director who has transitioned into a wellness coach specializing in graceful aging and purposeful living.

My life journey spans continents and disciplines, from the precise world of engineering to the mindful practice of yoga and holistic wellness.

Education & Background

  • B.Tech from Madras Institute of Technology
  • Masters in Yoga
  • Over 20 years in engineering leadership roles across UK, Belgium, Singapore, and USA
  • 15+ years as a wellness coach specializing in graceful aging and meaningful living

My Approach

My coaching methodology draws deeply from ancient yoga wisdom, which I’ve studied and practiced extensively. This ancient science provides profound insights into human potential, purpose, and the mind-body connection.

What makes my approach unique is how I integrate these timeless principles with contemporary challenges. My engineering background gives me a systematic, analytical framework to make these ancient practices accessible and applicable to modern life.

For my clients—primarily senior corporate leaders facing complex pressures—this blend of Eastern wisdom and Western pragmatism creates a balanced path toward clarity, health, and purpose.

Lifestyle & Practice

I divide my time between a forest farm and my wellness practice in Bangalore. This dual existence keeps me connected to both nature and urban realities, informing my coaching approach.

Running and cycling are integral parts of my life, not just as fitness pursuits but as moving meditations that teach presence, endurance, and adaptation.

My organic farming practice on the forest land embodies my commitment to sustainable living and deepens my understanding of natural cycles, patience, and growth—principles that I bring into my coaching relationships.

True wellness emerges when we align our actions with our deepest purpose, maintain balance between effort and rest, and embrace both our individuality and our connection to the greater whole."
